The labor contract, the legal payrolls, the registry to integral social security system, the enrollment to additional social security and legal contributions paid by employer.

Type of contract: Written by dut

Aspects the organization watches over:

- Delivery of complete documentation from the employee to the organization and vice versa.

- The company must comply with all legal requirements

- A copy of contract must be given to the employee

- Control the employee’ schedule

Entrance and leaving medical exams: It is mandatory for the employee

Introductory Conference: It is mandatory for the employee

Informal conference on integral HSEQ-Health-Safety-Environment-Quality (Occupational Health- Industrial Security – Environment – Community –Quality) and no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs policy: It is mandatory to be held every day for five minutes

Working hours: 8 hours daily

Working Schedule: working hours, depending on negotiatio

Overtime: Authorized by law

Working supplies: To be delivered complete and in time depending on the duty.

Industrial Hygiene working supplies: To be delivered complete and in time according to duty.

Transportation: by law

Service Bonus: by law

Interest on Accrued Severance Pay: by law

Severance Pay: As previously authorized by the Social Protection Ministry

To register and to pay the Social Security System on a timely basis:

-HPE – Health Promoted Entity - chosen by the employee

- PRA - Professional Risks Administrator - is the Colombian Social Security Entity

- PFA - Pension Fund Administrator - chosen by the employee

- SPFA - Severance Pay Fund Administrator - chosen by the employee

Salary: Payroll and additional payments authorized by the company and caused by: overtime, holidays, Sundays as compensatory time, night differential, payments in kind, integral payment by law, authorized discounts must be paid on time.

Local Leave Plan: Holidays registered duly authorized by Social Protection Ministry.

Internal Work Regulations: Valid

Industrial Hygiene Regulations: Valid and approve by the Social Protection Ministry.

Occupational Health Programs: Valid

Professional Risks Overview: Valid

Contributions to additional social security and legal contributions paid by the employer:

- Colsubsidio (Compensation Plan Entity) for Bogotá and Cundinamarca or in the region where the jobs are executed.

- ICBF - Colombian Institute of Familiar Welfare

- SENA – National Service of Apprenticeship
