To keep, maintain and protect our employees' health, the environment and security in working areas through the implementation of the following policies:
• To prohibit smoking cigarettes, drinking alcoholic beverages and using psychoactive substances or drugs in predetermined areas.
• To disclose to our corporate associates the damage produced by the use of tobacco, both to smokers' health and non-smokers (who become passive smokers when exposed to tobacco smoke) and the damage caused by of alcohol and drugs.
• To create active participation at all company levels to prevent the use of alcohol, psychoactive substances, and drugs.
• To prohibit workers from working inebriated, hung over or under the influence of psychoactive substances or drugs, and to establish a series of policies of (punitive actions) for individuals who don't comply with corporate policy in this area.
• To prohibit the possession, consumption and sale of alcohol, cigarettes, and psychoactive substances or drugs on company property.
• To stimulate participation in treatment programs by users of tobacco, alcohol and psychoactive substances. |
